Goods in a saleable condition may be exchanged for a different size based on stock availability. Where stock is not available, or a different style is required, a credit note will be issued. Alternatively, you can opt for your return to be issued as a credit note which will be valid for 12 months. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings / Anklets / Hair Items / Toe Rings  for returns due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault. All earring sales are FINAL.



A refund will only be provided if your goods are received with manufacturing faults or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced as deemed by the Returns Team within 90 days of receiving your order. Please note handmade Goods will be repaired if damaged, no change of mind accepted.

If your ring has been taken to a jeweller to be altered in any way, your warranty will become void. There is also no refund on rings that have been twisted or bent out of shape, silver can be soft and pliable, and should be keep in secure conditions. 

We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

Limited Edition Items

All sales on limited edition items are final unless faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced

  • Item(s) must be return in their original condition and packaging; unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Please refer of How to look after  your Jewellery - no returns for faded Gold or Silver Plated jewellery
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Important, please note there is NO returns on Earrings / Anklets or Toe Rings due to Health and Safety reasons
  • If your items arrive at Prettygalboho damaged due to lack of protection (i.e. no bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.
  • Please note any alteration to the jewellery your warranty becomes null and void



Orders must be returned within 20 business days of your parcel being delivered, after this time all sales are final.

Return delivery costs of faulty, or incorrectly supplied item(s) will be the responsibility of Prettygalboho. Change of mind / Postage is  'Customer' responsibility (to Prettygalboho / back to customer)

  • Recommendation is to send your return item via a trackable method / retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Prettygalboho is NOT responsible for returns not received.
  • Gift Cards are Non-refundable 12 month expiry from date of purchase
  • Sale items  - Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
  • CREDITED ITEMS Once redeemed cannot be Returned
